How do you change the password on MT4 and MT5?

You can change your password in the following methods:

1. Change via Client Office

You can change your password from the Client Office Home page by clicking the menu located in the top-right corner of each trading account.

2. Change via MT4 / MT5

For MT4:

  1. Open the MetaTrader 4 platform and log in to your trading account.
  2. Go to the "Tools" menu at the top and select "Options."
  3. In the "Options" window, select the "Server" tab.
  4. Under "Change Password", enter your current password in the "Current" field.
  5. Enter your new password in the "New" field.
  6. Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  8. Your password will be updated successfully.

For MT5:

  1. Open the MetaTrader 5 platform and log in to your trading account.
  2. Click "Tools" in the top menu and select "Options."
  3. In the "Options" window, select the "Server" tab.
  4. Under "Change Password", enter your current password in the "Current" field.
  5. Enter your new password in the "New" field.
  6. Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.
  8. Your password will be updated successfully.

What happens if I forget my account password?

Client Office

You can reset your Client Office password by clicking the "Forgot Password "button on the login page.

MT4/MT5

If you have forgotten your password for your trading platform, you can change your password from the

Client Office “Home” page by clicking the menu in the top-right corner of each trading account listed.

You have the convenience of accessing your trading history, account statements, and reports directly within the Metatrader trading platform. Furthermore, you will receive monthly statements in your registered email and daily statements whenever there is activity on your account.

How often do I receive account statements?

You will receive daily trade confirmations whenever there is trading activity on any given day. Additionally, a monthly statement will be sent to you on the first day of each new month. Please be aware that daily trading statements are issued exclusively if there were active trades placed on the preceding day.
