To initiate a withdrawal, please submit a request through the Client Office. It's important to note that funds can only be transferred to an account with the same name as the trading account. For instance, if you hold a company account, you cannot withdraw funds to an individual's account in a different name.
When engaging in trading on MyFXMarkets, it's important to understand that you're dealing with a CFD (Contract for Difference) product, which is a derivative of the cryptocurrency. In this scenario, you haven't actually acquired the physical coins; instead, you've purchased the rights to partake in the price movements. As a result, it's crucial to note that you cannot withdraw any actual coins unless your account has been funded using cryptocurrency.
MYFX Markets provides versatile funding options. Simply log in to your Client Office and head to the Account Transaction tab and select Deposit. Once you select the account you wish to fund, you’ll find a range of funding options to choose from.
